How can I order?

I've forgotten my password. How can I get a new one?

Follow the link “Forgotten your password?”. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

How does MR Marmiroli use my personal data?

How do I make an order?

Follow the registration procedure, add the products required to the trolley and then follow the payment procedure.

Can I order by phone?

No, we can only accept online purchases.

I completed my order but now I want to add another product. Can I do this?

At the end of the payment procedure, regardless of the method chosen, you cannot modify orders. In this case you need to make a new order.

I've completed my order but I want to change the delivery address. Can I do this?

It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order is completed.

Is there is minimum and maximum order value.

There is no minimum order value.

Can I cancel my order?

The order cannot be cancelled if the payment procedure has been completed.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, after completing the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email, summarising all the order details.

Will you notify me when the order is delivered?

Yes, as soon as the order is despatched from our warehouse you will receive an email confirming order processing, with the number of packs being shipped.

Can you produce made-to-measure furniture?

No. You can order products listed in the online catalogue.

What payment methods do you offer?

How long are delivery times?

From receipt of payment, deliveries will be made within 14 working days. Consult the Shipping and delivery section for more details.

Which courier service do you use?

Goods are shipped via DHL, Zara Line or Mail Boxes etc.

Can I request delivery to an upper floor?

We do not currently offer this service.

Can I request hold to depot delivery?

We do not currently offer this service.

Can we collect from your facilities?

Yes. 

If products are damaged on delivery, what do I have to do?

What do the kit packs contain?

Each purchased product is packed individually with all accessories require for assembly.

Base cabinets: dowels, cam fittings (for pre-assembly solutions), shelf supports, joints

Wall cabinets: dowels, cam fittings (for pre-assembly solutions), shelf supports, suspension brackets, joints

Tall cabinets: dowels, cam fittings (for pre-assembly solutions), shelf supports, joints

Not included: Hinges, feet, doors, knobs and handles, hanger bars for wall cabinets and/or aluminium plinth for base cabinets.

What do you mean by pre-assembly and gluing?

The pre-assembly kit is a “dry” furniture assembly kit (dry meaning no adhesives are required). More specifically, the kit is made up of dowels and cam fittings to enable quick and simple assembly of the product.

The gluing system envisages the use of plugs, sealant and presses for furniture assembly.

Can we receive a sample product to view the material?

No. A standard order should be made.
